Terrine of Smoked salmon and prawn cocktail, local watercress

Farm house leek, potato & chick pea soup with crust bread (v) 
Hog roast apple and sage pate, with piccalilli chutney 
And toasted butter brioche 
Warm goat’s cheese and caramelized tartlet (v) 
Poached turkey escalope stuffed with Parma ham, fresh cranberries 
and mozzarella cheese, with roast potatoes and fresh vegetables 
Baked pesto salmon with buttered mash and green vegetables 
and a tomato sauce 
Confit leg of lamb with red wine jus 
braised red cabbage, bubble & squeak potatoes 
21day roasted Sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce, pan gravy, served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables 
Leek, vine tomato and broccoli frying pan flan 
with new potatoes and a leaf salad (v)

with chocolate and caramel mouse centre

Should you require for less than 40 persons a disco can be arranged with dancing in our large conservatory but this needs to be booked in advance when booking your party to avoid disappointment. 
Please note being a family run business. We close on the following dates in December so that we all can spend time with our families, to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s together
